Safeguard the confidentiality and security of patient information at all times.

Retrieve and provide medical records for authorized healthcare professionals as needed.

Assist with the coding and classification of diseases and medical procedures based on established standards (e.g., ICD-10, INA-CBGs).

Support audits and inspections related to medical records management.

Handle requests for medical record copies from patients, families, and authorized third parties in accordance with hospital policy.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to medical record systems and processes.
